Do I have to install anything on my website?
No. Security, uptime, SSL, SEO and speed checks work from outside. The optional lightweight WordPress plugin adds deeper checks such as file integrity, admin-account changes, backups and one-click updates.
Will it change my site?
Only when you ask it to. Scans are read-only. The plugin changes things solely when you click an update, apply an SEO fix or start a backup.
Does it only work with WordPress?
The outside-in checks (uptime, SSL, security headers, exposed files, SEO, speed, accessibility and privacy) work on any public website, and the fix guides adapt to Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Joomla, Drupal, Magento and more. Backups, safe updates and file-integrity checks are built for WordPress.
What exactly is included?
Hack and malware detection, uptime, SSL and domain-expiry monitoring, a 60+ check SEO audit, speed and Core Web Vitals, accessibility and privacy scans, keyword rank tracking, backups and safe updates, alerts, client reports and status pages, plus free SEO tools. How often does it run?
Uptime every 5 minutes, security scans hourly and SEO and speed checks daily by default. You can change those intervals, or pause all automation, from the Automation page.

Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?
Yes. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial of the full product with no card or payment details, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. Your first website report is free even before you sign up.
How much does it cost, and how do I pay?
Plans are priced in Indian rupees; see the pricing section for current rates and any running offer. Pay by UPI AutoPay (for plans within the UPI limit), card or netbanking. Launch and festive discounts apply to your first year only, and the regular price applies afterwards. Need more sites or people? The Custom plan is priced around your needs, so just contact us.
Can I cancel or change plan any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Switching plans starts the new plan once its payment is confirmed. Details are in the refund policy and the plan terms.
Are there limits on scans and reports?
Automatic uptime checks and scheduled scans run at your plan's interval and are not limited. Manual runs (security scan, SEO crawl, speed test, backup, update, SEO Toolkit report and so on) are capped at 2 per website per day for each kind, on every plan. Websites and team members depend on your plan. Everything is spelled out on the plan terms page.

Can I use it for my clients?
Yes. Plans that include client logins and white-label reports let you give each client a read-only login for their own sites, send branded PDF reports and weekly emails, and share a public status page.
Which tools can I try before signing up?
The free website check, on-page SEO checker, robots.txt and sitemap tester and redirect checker work without an account, and your first report is free. A free account unlocks every report and export, and the SEO tools area in your admin combines all four into one report per website.

How are requests to my site secured?
Every request from the dashboard to the plugin is signed with HMAC-SHA256 and expires after five minutes, and every response is verified in return.
