"Scan every" is the fastest automatic schedule for the plan. Prices exclude taxes where they apply. Scans may run later than scheduled if the server is busy.
Free trial
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no payment details needed. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
- One trial per person or organisation. Creating several accounts to extend a trial is not allowed and those accounts may be blocked.
- When the trial ends, monitoring pauses until you choose a plan. Your data is kept.
Limits that apply to every plan
- Websites and team members are capped by your plan. If you go over (for example after a downgrade), the oldest websites stay active and newer ones are switched off for scans, backups and updates until you upgrade or remove sites.
- Manual runs: 2 per website per day. Each kind of manual action can be started 2 times in any rolling 24 hours for each website: security scan, SEO crawl, speed test, accessibility and privacy scan, keyword rank check, backup, update (plugin, theme or WordPress core), and SEO Toolkit report. This is the same on every plan. An allowance frees up again 24 hours after the run that used it.
- Scheduled checks are separate. Automatic uptime checks and scheduled scans keep running at your plan's interval and do not use up your manual runs.
- One at a time. A scan, backup or update that is already running for a website must finish before the same one can start again.
- Crawl size. SEO crawls cover up to 300 pages per run.
- Backups. The latest 7 backups per website are kept; older ones are deleted automatically. Backups need the agent plugin to be connected.
- SEO Toolkit reports. The most recent 25 reports are kept.
- Free tools. The public tools (free website check, on-page checker, robots tester, redirect checker) have limits per visitor, and one full report is shown before sign-up is needed.
- Features that are not in your plan (for example backups, safe updates, white-label reports, client logins, rank tracking, compliance scans) stay locked until you upgrade.
What you can do
- Add websites you own, or have written permission to scan, crawl, back up and update.
- Verify ownership of each website before scanning it.
- Invite your team and, on plans that include it, give clients read-only access and white-label reports.
- Use alerts, reports and exports for your own business and your own clients.
- Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the Billing page whenever you like.
What you must not do
- Add websites you do not own or are not authorised to test.
- Try to get around the limits: for example by creating extra accounts, automating requests to exceed the daily limit, or using us to run heavy scans against other people's servers.
- Share one login between several unrelated businesses, or resell the service as your own except through the white-label report features.
- Overload, probe or attack the service or other customers, or upload malicious code.
- Use the service for anything unlawful.
If these rules are broken we can pause the actions involved, suspend the account or end the service. Amounts already paid are not refunded for a suspension caused by a breach.
Before you run backups and updates
- Keep your own separate backups and test important updates on a staging copy first.
- Plugin and theme updates are health-checked and rolled back automatically if the site stops responding. WordPress core updates have no automatic rollback; a database backup is taken first.
- Restoring a backup is your responsibility; downloading one does not restore your site.
Billing
- Plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the paid period.
- Any launch or festive discount applies to your first year only; the regular price applies afterwards.
- UPI AutoPay is available for plans whose charge per cycle is within the UPI limit; larger plans are paid by card or net banking.
- If a renewal fails you keep full service for 7 days. After that, monitoring pauses until payment succeeds. Data is not deleted because of a paused subscription.
- Switching plans starts the new plan once its payment is confirmed. Unused time on the old plan is not credited.

Changes to these terms
We may adjust plan limits or features with reasonable notice by email or in the dashboard. Changes take effect at your next renewal unless they are needed to protect the service.
